ACHRS started the program of the Jordanian Institute for Women Leaders (JIWL) for the participants of the thirteenth class

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Amman Center for Human Rights Studies (ACHRS) began the implementation of the program of the Jordanian Institute for Women Leaders (JIWL) for the thirteenth class.

The first session of the program was held on 8-9 September 2018. The training course focused on the relationship between human rights, citizenship, democracy and the constitution according to the population’s perspective and the public authorities’.

This program has been implemented by the Center since 2010, and has so far graduated 170 women from Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Sudan and Palestine.
