Efforts of the Arab Coalition against the Death Penalty (ACADP)
The idea of establishing the Arab Coalition against the Death Penalty was launched on the sidelines of a regional seminar held in Amman, Jordan (2-3 July 2007), which consists of national coalitions against the death penalty in Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Yemen, Mauritania, Palestine, Tunisia and Iraq, and at the initiative of the Amman Center for Human Rights Studies (ACHRS).
