International Monitoring: The Hungarian authorities detained refugee decision in containers on the border contrary to the obligations of the International Bill

In open defiance of the International Bill of human rights the Republic of Hungary on detention of refugees fleeing from wars in their countries, where the Hungarian border guards detain families and placed in containers not intended for human use which may cause suffocation among children, women and the serious health damages among the refugees, with causing insult to human dignity
The legislation came to this inhuman action by Hungarian authorities where the Hungarian Parliament adopted a law allowing systematic detention of migrants, the law was adopted by the majority in the House of representatives on the situation of migrants at the border crossing points with Serbia and Croatia , where they are held there in containers are missing the lower spurs of human respect until a final decision on applications for asylum and which may continue for more than two years,with the Hungarian authorities overlooked that the main threat of terrorism around the world, not by the refugees, but the wave against them and they are fleeing war and are also victims of terrorism.
The International Network for Human Rights Monitoring watch condemns this action and considers it contrary to the International Bill of human rights and is contrary to international law Hungarian authorities on undertakings is contrary to human rights obligations in terms of care and protection in terms of care and protection and is a primary party in the European Union which guarantees these rights. The International Network for Human Rights Monitoring mentions that many Hungarians were refugees for 50 years and never held in containers and didn’t get them and didn’t scold as being in the moment by the Hungarian authorities, as the authorities overlook many cases of attacks border guards and some extremist groups of racism towards the vulnerable refugees.
Network demands of the European Commission and the United Nations urgent action, it is time to put an end to the actions of the Hungarian authorities and the press to undo that decision racist the Hungarian Parliament and the Bill is contrary to international law and cannot be tolerated because it promotes violence and hatred against innocent refugees and It is far from the values of the European Union and Hungary’s obligations contrary to international and European laws and humanity, in particular the 1951 Convention relating to the status of refugees that voluntarily pledged to abide by the terms of Hungary could not simply return of refugees to countries where they face threats to their lives or their detention inhuman places or initiate hatred and racism against them as painful reality explains to the refugees.
