Graduate second course for Syrian human rights activists

A training course on “Political participation and transitional justice” was concluded in Jordan’s capital, Amman on 30/11/2013. The training course was held in the Amman Cemtre for Human Rights Studies and Syrian human rights activists participated.

The course covered the following topics: Transitional justice, political participation, political parties, political parties and the professional and the syndicate work, women and the parties, international standards for elections, the principles for electoral administrations and mechanisms of the elections monitoring.

Since its inception, ACHRS has organized more than 500 training courses in human rights involving approximately 12,500 participants from 20 Arab countries.
