The conclusion of the Third phase Women’s leadership program in Libya

The Third phase of women’s leadership program, which was organized by the Foundation for the Future (FFF) and the Amman Center for Human Rights Studies (ACHRS) was concluded in Tripoli the capital of Libya.
The course, which involved 15 Libyan participants and lasted for four days (5-8/1/2014), included training on: The skills of political analysis, Effective communication skills, Leadership skills, Relationship with the media and the mechanisms used, Conflict resolution skills, Management skills for election campaigns, Public Speaking Skills and Time Management Skills.
The Amman Center for Human Rights Studies (ACHRS) established the Jordanian Institute program for female leaders. 33 Jordanian participants from various governorates graduated from three groups, and ACHRS beganto implement the new program for the fourth group. 14 women from Jordan, Iraq, and Syria participated in the new group. The fourth group began its training in November 2013 and it will be finished in October 2014.
