Women Empowerment Leadership Course: Constraints and Challenges
The fourth session in the tenth installment of the Women Leadership Program hosted by the Amman Center for Human Rights Studies ended on this Saturday, the 19th of August 2017.
The course focused on the empowerment of women leaders and dealt with obstacles and challenges. Leadership styles, leadership qualities, personality traits of leadership and self-confidence were discussed, as well as social constraints and challenges facing women leaders in patriarchal societies. The participants where trained by trainer and poet Iman Ziad from Palestine.
