Settler Violence in Gaza and the West Bank: An Urgent Call for International Action

Since October 7, Gaza has faced intensified famine and ongoing Israeli offensives, leading to significant loss of life and infrastructure damage. In the West Bank, illegal settlements and settler violence continue to rise.

This report updates the human rights situation in Gaza, now in its 9th month of genocide, and examines Israel’s settler-colonial project in the West Bank. ACHRS highlights responses from neighboring Arab states and the international community, including the recent International Court of Justice ruling that deemed Israel’s presence in occupied territories unlawful. We also discuss the potential impacts of recent British and French election results on Palestine.
