statement of the Saudi bombing a detention center in Yemen

The Amman Center for Human Rights Studies strongly condemns the fatal bombing that occurred on Sunday 1st of September in Sanaa, Yemen,
targeting a detention center. These airstrikes, made by the Saudi-Led coalition, killed 60 persons according to the official Ministry of Health in Yemen. This attack is the deadliest bombing this year, the situation in Yemen needs more than ever an urgent humanitarian response from the international community.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Yemen, and we hope that the international community will provide the necessary help to end this war. The Center stands in solidarity with the Yemeni people.
