A book publishing (Studies on the death penalty and the right to life in the Arab world)

Issued by the Penal Reform International and Amman center for Human Rights Studies and supported by the European Commission a book entitled "Studies on the death penalty and the right to life in the Arab world" its teamwork writing.

 

The book contains eighteen searches, the first research spoke: the death penalty between Moroccan legislation and the demands of the human rights movement, the search presented by  Mrs. Nadia Ben Heyda and the second research talked of the death penalty in Morocco and between the gradual and full cancellation, the search presented by Mr. Yusif Madad, while a presentation by Mr. Zubair Fadeel in the third research the death penalty in Algeria: reality and strategy cancellation "analytical study of the legislative system," and fourth research talked on the death penalty in Tunisia and potential cancellation, presented by Dr Omar  Alboubacri, and a fifth research Mr. Ayman Aaqeel talked on the death penalty and the right to life, the sixth search touched on the death penalty in Yemen, and by Judge Amin Abdul Khaliq Hajarr, and the seventh research by lawyer Neaama Gomaa, touched the death penalty in Lebanon between legislative texts and movement claimed cancellation, the search VIII talked about death penalty in Lebanon between reality and desired, by Mr. Mlkar Khouri, while Mr.Essam Spat talked about penalty for the crime of the name of justice, in the search IX, the ruling Congress introduced the death penalty place at the level of legislation in force in Palestine, and by Mr. Musa  Abu Dehim.and Mr. Nasser Al Rayyes, and chapter eleventh  talked on the death penalty-reduction and cancellation, and by  Mr. Nejad Al Buraei, The XII search touched the death penalty between retaining and cancellation in accordance with the provisions of public international law, by Dr. Ayman Salama, either in the research XIII, which talked about the legality of the sanctions by Hassan Zaid Mohammed, and the XIV research, which presented by Mr. Ahmed Al Wadeeaay on  death penalty in Yemeni legislation, but on fifteenth search was question about why the death penalty? And by Mr. Ahmed Seif Hasheed, and the search XVI introduced the death penalty and human rights, by Mr.Nabil Abdel Hafiz Al Majid, addressing research VII on death penalty in the legislation (Jordanian experiment) was introduced by Dr. Mohammed Al-Tarawneh, either saw the eighteenth and last between the death penalty from the Islamic perspective, by Dr. Hamdi Murad.

The book also has a number of special attachements to juvenile justice, including: the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, aiming to abolish the death penalty, and the principles of the Effective Prevention and Investigation of Extra-legal, Arbitrary and Summary Executions, Protocol No. (6) of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms concerning the abolition of the death penalty, and the Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights to abolish the death penalty, and the closing statement of the Jordanian National Forum Against the Death Penalty (March 26, 2007), and the closing statement of the regional seminar against the death penalty in Arab World, a report on the workshop Egyptian of the death penalty and the right to life, the Palestinian Coalition against the Death Penalty, and the observations of the legal institutions of civil society on the Palestinian Penal Code project, and the report of  Sana’a seminar on the death penalty and the coalition Yemeni Declaration against the death penalty, and the final statement of the Mauritanian  Coalition against the Death penalty.

Located in the (371) large-size pages, in which (15) elite distinct scientific and intellectual persons were participated, Jordanian and Arab, and was under the supervision of Dr. Tahir Bomadrh and Dr.Nezam  Assaf.
