ACHRS Statement on Israeli Supreme Court’s Sheikh Jarrah Verdict

Last week, the Israeli Supreme Court ruled that Palestinian families in Sheikh Jarrah could remain as “protected tenants” as long as they paid rent to Nahalat Shimon, a Jewish settlement company – continuing to act illegally under international law.
