The Amman Center for Human Rights Studies (ACHRS) in cooperation with Syrian Federation for Human Rights Organizations and Bodies, Public Aid Organizations (Iraq) and Norwegian People’s Aid, conducted a survey on the UN initiative’s envoy to Syria,
Staffan De Mistura. The results of the questionnaire (5078 people interviewed) conducted during the months of April and May 2015 both inside and outside Syria, found that the initiative of “Staffan de Mistura” to resolve the conflict in Syria trough actions of humanitarian nature, are welcomed and accepted by more than 50% of the Syrians interviewed.
