system; directed force to the security of the central evening of Sunday, 9\/10\/2011 m, and a number of armed militias affiliated warning orally for management of the observatory of its intention to storm the headquarters by force, and searched, and tampering with its contents&nbsp;In less than 24 hours, without giving any reasons or justifications.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Presents&nbsp;the Yemeni Observatory&nbsp;during the last months&nbsp;of attempts to&nbsp;break into more than once,&nbsp;the first of&nbsp;last February, which was&nbsp;the&nbsp;attack on the&nbsp;guard building&nbsp;which&nbsp;is located&nbsp;in&nbsp;the premises,&nbsp;as&nbsp;was&nbsp;closing the headquarters of&nbsp;the Observatory,&nbsp;and to prevent&nbsp;access to it&nbsp;three weeks ago&nbsp;by the&nbsp;Central Security Forces, led by&nbsp;Brig.&nbsp;Yahya&nbsp;Mohamed&nbsp;Abdullah Saleh.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">The headquarters of&nbsp;the observatory in the&nbsp;rotor&nbsp;Kentucky&nbsp;center of the capital Sanaa, an area&nbsp;controlled by the&nbsp;central security forces&nbsp;for nearly a&nbsp;month, and&nbsp;it was during&nbsp;this period,&nbsp;blocked access&nbsp;to the observatory,&nbsp;and&nbsp;overpowered by&nbsp;a blockade&nbsp;security&nbsp;heavily on&nbsp;the region,&nbsp;and threatened to&nbsp;break into the observatory and&nbsp;tampering with its contents&nbsp;more than once.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">And calls on&nbsp;the Yemeni Observatory&nbsp;for Human Rights&nbsp;of the international community&nbsp;with all&nbsp;its organs, and all&nbsp;local and regional organizations&nbsp;and international,&nbsp;and the Secretary&nbsp;General of the United&nbsp;Nations, the&nbsp;High Commissioner for Human&nbsp;Rights, the&nbsp;Human Rights Council&nbsp;to immediately intervene&nbsp;and prompt&nbsp;the&nbsp;Brigadier General&nbsp;Yahya Mohamed&nbsp;Abdullah Saleh, the pressure on him to&nbsp;stop the&nbsp;storming of&nbsp;the Observatory,&nbsp;and respect for the commitments&nbsp;the&nbsp;international&nbsp;human rights,&nbsp;and&nbsp;pledges&nbsp;that were&nbsp;most recently Foreign Minister Abu&nbsp;Bakr al&nbsp;before the&nbsp;human Rights Council,&nbsp;and download&nbsp;the full responsibility for&nbsp;any&nbsp;threats&nbsp;against&nbsp;the headquarters of&nbsp;the Observatory&nbsp;or its staff.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">And condemns&nbsp;the Yemeni Observatory&nbsp;for Human Rights&nbsp;all these&nbsp;measures taken by the&nbsp;security services and&nbsp;armed militias&nbsp;belong to him,&nbsp;blaming&nbsp;the central security forces&nbsp;and its leadership&nbsp;responsibility for those&nbsp;actions,&nbsp;and declares&nbsp;its intention to&nbsp;prosecute&nbsp;their leaders&nbsp;to justice&nbsp;and&nbsp;local&nbsp;and
