\nACHRS offers the opportunity for final-year university students, Master\u2019s and PhD candidates, or young professionals<\/strong> <\/span>to gain hands-on experience through internships within its International Relations and Interns Unit (IRI). This internship is designed for individuals who demonstrate a clear interest in human rights and international advocacy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Interns <\/span>will be responsible for tasks such as drafting human rights<\/strong> reports<\/strong><\/span> and research papers<\/span><\/strong>, preparing calls for input<\/strong><\/span> and submissions<\/strong> to<\/strong> UN<\/strong> mechanisms<\/strong><\/span>, in line with ACHRS\u2019s seven core priorities<\/strong><\/span>: the Right to Life, the Right to Think, the Right to Speak, the Right to Participate, Women\u2019s Rights, Right to Social Protection, and Youth Rights<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interns must have Excellent English writing and communication skills. <\/span><\/strong>A background<\/strong><\/span> in human rights, law, international relations, political science, development, sociology, or Middle Eastern studies is required.<\/span><\/p>\n

The minimum duration of the internship is four months.<\/span><\/strong> It is unpaid<\/strong><\/span>, and interns are responsible for covering their expenses. Start and end dates are flexible<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
