Dr. Nizam Assaf facilitated discussion with two papers focusing on this area. The first entitled \u201cThe Right to Life in the Face of the Death Penalty\u201d prepared by Dr.Mohamed AL Nsour and the other entitled \u201cThe Limitation to the Death Penalty through the Restriction of Conditions\u201d prepared by Dr. Hamdi Morad. After the two days discussions, the participants of the round table on the Right to Life and the Death Penalty concluded with the&nbsp;<strong>following recommendations.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/achrs.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Recommendations.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">To read the recommendations please click here<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Finally,&nbsp;<\/strong>in order to start implementing these recommendations, the legislative body must adhere to Article 95 of the Jordanian Constitution which stipulates in the first paragraph that ten or more members of either House of Representatives may propose new laws or amendments.
